The villa is set well back, overlooking Calonge, Palamos, Sant Antoni and Platja d'Aro in the north east Costa Brava region of Spain, but generally only 25mins drive from Girona airport. If you have an extra 5 minutes, the secondary drive from Llagostera over the top of the Gavarres mountains via Romanya de la Selva is absolutely stunning, making a memorable first approach to the property. Wonderful sandy beaches, picturesque, pine-clad, rocky coves or the snow covered Pyrenees are all within easy reach. The villa faces south and lies on the lower slopes of the Gavarres National Park, just 2kms inland from the coastline. It enjoys stunning panoramic views of both ocean and hills from the upper and lower terraces - with most bedrooms having sea views looking out towards the bay of Palamos.

The downstairs bedrooms all have en-suite facilities. The master has a full bathroom, while the other 2 bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms with toilets. Upstairs there is a separate toilet with hand basin. The master bedroom has a beautiful en-suite bathroom with wet room and bath and his & hers wash basins made out of glass set against a natural stone back drop. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom, which has full facilities. The pool has adjacent to the machine room an indoor shower room with toilet facilities. The shower has hot water and is also large enough to function as changing room.
